We are looking for a HR Generalist to provide efficient and high-quality HR services to our managers and employees at SmartPosti in Vilnius or Kaunas, as well as contribute to HR projects in the Baltics.
If this is your place, you would be part of an international Baltic HR team, where you would receive support and inspiration from colleagues and actively cooperate with various departments (managers, employees, payroll specialists and the Posti Group HR community).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS JOB WILL BE:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, providing daily practical HR support to team leaders on all employee-related issues across the organization.
- Ensure that HR processes are smooth, efficient and comply with local labor law requirements, and that managers have the necessary competencies.
- Maintain high-quality HR data, HR management system Workday and other HR systems, and provide HR KPIs for decision-making.
- Participate in the implementation of the Posti People Journey in your area of responsibility.
- Participate in and coordinate various projects of the Baltic HR team.
- Create and contribute to the organization of various initiatives and events in the company.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have a higher/postgraduate education (in business administration, human resources management or law - would be an advantage)
- Have at least 3 years of successful work experience in the field of personnel management.
- Know the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
- Have practical experience working with the personnel management program "Vikarina" (would be a great advantage).
- You are a people person, focused on team results and like to work in a dynamic environment.
- You are able to work both independently and in a team and have excellent cooperation skills.
- You communicate fluently in both Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
