PERSONNEL MANAGER

We are looking for someone who would like to be close to employees and managers, see what is happening in the teams, and help solve daily people management issues.

Nature of work:

  • Cooperation with department heads, ensuring timely implementation of employee needs.
  • Supervision of the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Consulting managers on daily employee management issues and assistance in solving more complex situations.
  • Participation in the implementation and improvement of feedback and other people management practices.
  • Analysis of employee retention, exit and engagement situations and finding solutions together with the manager.
  • Participation in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Active communication with employees and managers in order to understand real situations, notice emerging problems and initiate their solutions.

We hope you:

  • Have experience in HR / personnel.
  • You are communicative and easily find a common language with different people.
  • You are able to notice problems, understand their causes and offer specific solutions.
  • You feel good in a dynamic environment and react quickly to changing situations.
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Experience in conducting selections and working with foreign employees would be an advantage.
