If you have experience in selecting employees and are well-versed in the processes of hiring foreigners, we are waiting for your CV!
Nature of work:
- Selection of warehouse workers and drivers (category B);
- Candidate search, initial contact, interviews;
- Coordination of the search and employment process of foreign citizens;
- Communication with foreigners and their consultation on employment issues;
- Cooperation with department heads to ensure timely implementation of employee needs;
- Administration of personnel documents and data entry into personnel systems;
- Participation in other personnel projects and processes.
We hope you:
- Have practical experience in employing foreign citizens in Lithuania;
- Have experience in conducting employee selections and assessing candidates;
- You have good command of English and are able to communicate fluently in it, and knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
