Personnel manager

Implementation of personnel administration processes and regulations, preparation, administration and systematization of documentation
Control and adjustment of working time accounting data
Coordination of employee search and selection processes, organization of interviews with candidates, introduction of newly hired employees to the company, its activities and employees
Cooperation with heads of company departments, consulting them on labor law-related and other personnel management issues
Systematization and analysis of personnel information
Organization of employee education, training and qualification improvement courses and training
Organization of other personnel management processes and assistance to the manager in carrying them out

Higher university education
At least 2 years of experience as a personnel specialist or manager
Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and experience of practical application. Knowledge of other legal acts regulating labor relations
Experience in preparing and managing personnel documentation
Knowledge of personnel management processes
Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian language skills
Ability to work in a team, efficiency, flexibility, initiative, creative thinking, insight, ability to make independent decisions
Work experience with the personnel accounting program "Alna HR Office" is an advantage.
English or Polish language skills in the professional field would be an advantage
Responsibility, duty, attentiveness, ability to independently plan and organize one's work

2300-2600 €/mon. gross
Indicative salary indicated. The exact salary is agreed with the candidate, depending on his competences and expectations.
