The growing Gemma Group of Companies is looking for a Human Resources Manager!

In this job you:

  • You will prepare and administer personnel documents, take care of their order.
  • You will manage employee data in the personnel management system BSS and prepare reports.
  • You will consult employees and managers on personnel management issues and help resolve daily employment relations situations.
  • You will organize selections from the announcement to the offer to the candidate.
  • You will ensure that new employees start work smoothly: from employment documents to the first weeks.
  • You will coordinate internship programs, cooperate with educational institutions and the Employment Service, and represent the group at career events.
  • You will participate in personnel projects across the entire Gemma group.

For successful work you will need:

  • Higher or higher education.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the field of personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and requirements for preparing personnel documents.
  • Good MS Office, especially Excel, skills.
  • Excellent written and oral command of the Lithuanian language.
  • Diligence, responsibility and the ability to coordinate several processes simultaneously.
  • The ability to communicate with different people and work in a team.

Advantage:

  • Experience working with the payroll and personnel management system BSS (a big advantage).
  • Education in personnel management or law.
  • Knowledge of English and/or Russian.

Salary

2200-2800 €/mon. gross
The specific salary depends on your work experience and expertise.
