Nature of work
We are looking for someone who would responsibly take care of personnel administration and contribute to the improvement and digitalization of processes. We will value not only experience, but also the desire to grow in all areas of personnel management.
- Administration of the processes of concluding, amending and terminating employment contracts;
- Preparation of orders and other personnel documents;
- Administration of working time accounting sheets (tables) and vacation accounting;
- Managing employee personal files and data in the personnel system;
- Providing data to Sodra and other institutions;
- Consulting employees and managers on personnel administration issues;
- Coordination of the new employee induction process;
- Participation in personnel projects and process digitalization.
We hope you
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel;
- You are familiar with the requirements of the Lithuanian Accounting Standards and personnel document management;
- You know how to work with MS Office programs;
- You are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details;
- You respect confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics;
- You are proactive and want to contribute to the improvement of processes;
- A great advantage is experience working with the BSS program;
- An advantage is experience in the healthcare sector.
