- UAB „HUMANA LT“
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for the UAB "Humana LT" team, who would ensure smooth personnel administration of the company's stores, help managers solve daily labor relations issues and contribute to the formation of an appropriate team of employees.
Important: regular trips to the company's stores in Lithuania are expected to be carried out in order to perform work functions.

Primary responsibilities
- ensure that the stores have the necessary staff and qualified teams in a timely manner;
- organize the search and selection of employees, coordinate the processes of employment and termination of employment relationships;
- prepare and administer employment contracts, orders, agreements, vacation and other personnel documents;
- check store work schedules and work time sheets, upload data to the program "Vikarina";
- form employee personal files, systematize personnel data, prepare reports and submit data to state institutions;
- advise managers and employees responsible for store operations on personnel administration and labor relations issues;
- help resolve work and conflict situations, accept employees' explanations, proposals and complaints;
- prepare employee vacation schedules, salary change documents and, within their competence, participate in the preparation of the company's internal legal acts;
- travel to the company's stores in the territory of Lithuania and on-site to resolve issues related to personnel management.
What are we hoping for
- 3–5 years of work experience in the field of personnel selection and administration;
- higher university education;
- good knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania, requirements for the preparation, management and accounting of personnel documents;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- good computer skills, especially using Microsoft Office programs;
- Category B driver's license and readiness to regularly go on business trips within the territory of Lithuania;
- ability to independently plan work, manage priorities, meet deadlines and constructively resolve complex situations;
- responsibility, accuracy, businesslike communication and result-oriented.
What we offer
- 3000 EUR, excluding tax, monthly salary during the probationary period and 3200 EUR, excluding tax, monthly salary after the probationary period;
