We are a personnel selection and employment company operating in the international market, which also carries out construction projects abroad. In addition, we help technical specialists find work, and reliable employees for projects in Lithuania and abroad.
We are looking for a colleague who enjoys communicating with people, actively searching for candidates and carefully managing documents. In this position, you will search and select employees of European Union citizens, and with third-country nationals, coordinate the documentation related to the employment and migration process.
Your responsibilities

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys communicating with people, actively searching for candidates and carefully managing documents. In this position, you will search and select employees of European Union citizens, and with third-country nationals, coordinate the documentation related to the employment and migration process.
Your responsibilities
- You will search for European Union citizens according to the needs of the company and project employees.
- You will create and publish job advertisements, use job search platforms, social networks, recommendations and direct candidate search.
- You will communicate with candidates, assess their experience and motivation, organize interviews and maintain contact throughout the selection process.
- You will coordinate the needs of candidates with project managers and responsible friendly colleagues.
- You will collect and check the documents required for the employment of third-country nationals, monitor their validity and submission deadlines.
- You will coordinate the submission of documents and actions related to the migration process, communicate with employees, responsible institutions and, when necessary, external partners.
- You will prepare and administer employment documents, manage employee files and selection data.
- You will help organize the arrival, recruitment and induction of new employees.
- You will keep records of candidates and employees, provide brief reports on the selection and documentation process.
What do we expect from a future colleague:
- You have experience in recruitment, selection or personnel administration.
- You have practical experience with third-country nationals' employment, migration or permit documentation - this experience is particularly important to us.
- You are able to independently plan work, follow deadlines and carefully manage documents.
- You are communicative, responsible, organized and not afraid to take the initiative.
- You speak and write English well in order to communicate with candidates and employees from abroad.
- You are good at using MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Russian and experience in recruiting technical professionals would be an advantage.
