Your main responsibilities:
- Preparation and administration of documentation related to employment relations;
- Preparation of certificates and other personnel documents;
- Control and adjustment of working time accounting;
- Entering and maintaining data about employees in the company's systems;
- Cooperation with managers and consulting on daily HR issues;
- Assistance in other personnel projects/initiatives.
Work schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- From 08:00 to 17:00

We hope you:
- Have a higher education in personnel, business administration or similar field;
- Have at least 1-2 years of work experience in personnel administration (documentation, work with personnel management systems);
- Know the basics of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Are diligent, responsible and like order;
- Are able to work independently and plan your time;
- Are looking for ways to do your work more efficiently and faster, are interested in innovations;
- Have good skills in working with MS Excel and other systems;
- Have a category B driver's license.
