PERSONNEL MANAGER

We are currently inviting a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join our HR team who would like to grow together with the organization and create long-term value through professional HR management.

• You have a higher education;
• You have accumulated at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel administration;
• You know the basics of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply them in practice;
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage;
• You are able to work independently, effectively plan work and meet deadlines;
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills.

In this position, DILIGENCE, RESPONSIBILITY, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and the ability to work SYSTEMATICALLY and CONSISTENTLY are especially important.

1850-2440 €/mon. gross
The salary will depend on your experience, competencies and professional skills, and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations.
