Employee requirements
- Higher education (human resource management, labor law - would be an advantage);
- Experience working with the functions of a personnel specialist/manager - would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating labor relations and experience in the practical application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Work skills in the Navision program - would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy skills, ability to communicate with various people;
- Communicativeness, positivity, responsibility.
