Your daily life and challenges:
- Warm start: you will take care of the employment of selected employees and coordinate their adaptation process.
- Migration processes: you will take care of the employment and legalization documents of foreign citizens, prepare and submit the necessary documents to the Migration Department and other institutions.
- Document management: you will prepare employment contracts, orders, requests and other personnel and accounting documents.
- Communication: you will be the main contact for employees, consult them on personnel and migration issues in English and Russian.
- Teamwork: you will cooperate with other departments of the company, ensuring smooth daily work.
- Process development: you will boldly propose ideas and, together with the team, improve internal procedures and processes
We really want to get to know you if you:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in personnel administration.
- You have experience in the field of migration and employment of foreigners (this would be a huge advantage for you!).
- You have excellent knowledge of the basics of labor law and personnel accounting.
- You speak and write fluently in Russian (necessary for everyday work) and English (at least B1-B2 level).
- You are responsible, diligent and able to independently organize your day.
- You are computer literate and fluent in MS Office programs
