Your daily life and challenges:
🌱 You will take care of the recruitment of selected employees and coordinate their adaptation process to make the first days in the team as smooth as possible.
🌍 Migration processes. You will coordinate the recruitment and legalization processes of foreign citizens - you will prepare and submit documents to the Migration Department and other institutions, monitor deadlines and make sure that everything goes smoothly.
📑 Personnel administration. You will prepare employment contracts, orders, requests and other personnel documents. You will make sure that the documents are in order and deadlines are met. 😊
💬 Communication with employees. You will be one of the main contacts on personnel and migration issues - I will consult, help and look for solutions in Lithuanian, Russian and English.
🤝 Cooperation. You will communicate with colleagues from different departments of the company every day and together you will solve a variety of situations.
💡 Process improvement. If you see that something can be done simpler or better - speak up! We look forward to your ideas and together we will improve internal HR processes.

We are on our way if you:
✨ You have at least 1 year of experience in the field of personnel administration.
🌍 You have encountered migration and foreign national employment processes - this would be a great advantage!
⚖️ You know the basics of labor law and personnel administration processes.
🗣️ You speak and write Russian fluently - it will be needed in everyday work (B1-B2 level or higher).
🎯 You are responsible, meticulous, know how to prioritize and independently organize your day.
💻 You are fluent in MS Office programs.
🙌 You like people, you don't get lost in non-standard situations and, when faced with a problem, you first look for a solution.
🌍 You have encountered migration and foreign national employment processes - this would be a great advantage!
⚖️ You know the basics of labor law and personnel administration processes.
🗣️ You speak and write Russian fluently - it will be needed in everyday work (B1-B2 level or higher).
🎯 You are responsible, meticulous, know how to prioritize and independently organize your day.
💻 You are fluent in MS Office programs.
