Responsibilities:
- Employee search and selection: preparation and placement of advertisements in various channels, job interviews, candidate assessment and cooperation with staffing agencies;
- Organization and improvement of the introduction (adaptation) process of new employees;
- Consulting managers on labor law and personnel management issues;
- Preparation and completion of foreign employment and migration documents;
- Participation in personnel projects and process improvement initiatives.
What do we expect?
- Have experience in personnel projects and selections;
- Able to make decisions quickly and work in a dynamic environment;
- You are communicative, responsible and result-oriented;
- Able to work with a computer (MS Office or similar programs);
- Speak English and/or Russian (advantage).
