Administration and maintenance of data and documents of third-country nationals;
Administration and coordination of the employment process of foreigners (Sodra);
Monitoring and control of the validity periods of employee documents;
Coordination of document processes related to the employment, migration and temporary residence and work permits of foreigners (Migris);
Communication with foreign drivers and assistance in resolving personnel issues;
Systematization of personnel information and documents and data updating;
Work with the accounting program "Rivile".

Employee requirements
Good knowledge of Russian and English - an advantage
Experience working with foreign employees; experience in the transport sector is a prerequisite;
Responsibility, diligence, good organization;
Ability to independently plan work and manage several tasks at the same time;
Ability to work with documents and meet deadlines;
Computer literacy.
