We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing processes and the opportunity to contribute to building a strong team. What will you contribute to our team?
Together with your HR colleagues, you will participate in organizing and improving daily HR processes. Your responsibilities will be tailored to your experience, strengths, and the needs of the team.
The main areas of activity of the personnel department:
- organization of employee search and selection;
- administration of personnel documents (employment contracts, orders, vacations, working time accounting, etc.);
- processing of employee data in the personnel accounting system;
- consulting colleagues and managers on personnel and labor law issues;
- coordination of the adaptation process of new employees;
- contribution to internal communication, employee engagement and the creation of a positive team culture;
- participation in improving personnel processes and implementing new initiatives.
Most importantly, we are looking for a colleague who would like to be part of the team, share ideas and grow together with UAB KVEDARŲ ŪKIS.
We hope you:
- have experience in personnel administration or want to start a career in personnel;
- are responsible, diligent, organized and enjoy communicating with people;
- are able to independently plan work and take responsibility for results;
- have good computer skills and easily master new programs;
- are good at working with Microsoft Office programs;
- are interested in personnel management and want to improve in this area;
- experience working with the program "Debetas" would be an advantage.
If you do not yet have extensive personnel work experience - do not despair. We are also looking for candidates who are motivated to learn, are responsible, diligent and want to grow with our team.
