We are expanding our team and are looking for an proactive and responsible HR manager who would contribute to strengthening our team, improving employee experience and creating and implementing effective HR processes.
Nature of work
- Organization and implementation of personnel selection processes
- Coordination of onboarding of new employees
- Administration of personnel documentation
- Implementation of employee evaluation, motivation and development systems
- Accounting of working time
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements
- Improvement and automation of personnel processes
- Curation of trainings, events, initiatives
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 1-2 years of experience in personnel management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basics of the Labor Code
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation
