UAB "Western electricity services" is expanding its team and invites a Human Resources Manager to join.
Main responsibilities at work:
- Organize and actively search for candidates in various channels: job portals, social networks, databases
- Conduct initial job interviews by phone and in person
- Manage and systematize personnel documents (preparation and administration of employment, dismissals, orders, certificates, applications, employment contracts, ordering A1 certificates, submission of reports of posted employees to foreign institutions)
- Coordinate working time accounting processes: vacations, business trips, absenteeism and other issues related to working time
- Communicate with institutions (Sodra, Health Insurance Funds, Migration Department, etc.) and coordinate related processes
- Help prepare documents for audits and contribute to their smooth administration
- Organize declaration of place of residence, ordering European Health Insurance Cards for posted employees
- Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of personnel administration processes, preparation of procedures
- Help ensure comprehensive You will carry out personnel processes, provide consultations and perform other tasks assigned by your manager.
We hope you have:
- Higher education
- Practical work experience in personnel document administration, personnel selection or similar position (experience in a company that seconds employees to foreign countries is a great advantage)
- Good knowledge of English and Russian. Other languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes
- Independence, initiative, responsibility and teamwork
