The UAB "Eurodetra" team is growing and we are looking for another person to join the HR team.
But let's say right away - we are not looking for someone who will just upload a job advertisement, review a CV and fill out documents.
We are looking for someone who knows how to talk to people. Who is not afraid of the phone, innovations and challenges. Who can hear 10 "no", call the eleventh candidate and hear "yes"...

IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE WILL BE
- Active search for employees in Lithuania and foreign markets;
- Administration of candidate data and coordination of personnel documentation;
- Coordination of the recruitment process and introduction of new employees to the company;
- Continuous communication with existing employees;
- Resolving various daily personnel issues;
- Searching for new employee search channels, ideas and solutions.
And most importantly:
The result of your work is not the number of letters, messages or calls sent.
The result is the right employee, in the right place and at the right time.

The number of diplomas is not as important to us as your ability to think, communicate, solve problems and achieve results. 🙂

Very important:
Russian is one of the main working languages for this position, as a large part of the candidates and employees are from foreign countries.
Experience in personnel selection, personnel administration, sales or active customer service would be a great advantage.
And if you have already worked with personnel selection in the CIS, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan or other foreign markets – we definitely want to talk to you.

WHAT IF YOUR LITHUANIAN OR ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS NOT YET PERFECT?

Two colleagues who previously worked in this position spoke practically only Russian fluently when they started working at Eurodetra.
While working in our team, they learned to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and to understand and use English in work situations.
Therefore, it is much more important for us not to know whether your Lithuanian or English is ideal today.
Language can be learned.
It is much more difficult to teach a person to be curious, responsible, sociable, not afraid of people and to want results. 🙂
If you have these qualities, everything else can be learned!

The Importance of Specialization: We manually install a variety of electrical systems. Our area of expertise is best described by the question "can you see the cable?". If so, our team will take care of these jobs.
Our teams of electrical professionals work in the following facilities and industries: residential houses, public buildings, industrial companies, shipbuilders, etc. i.e. Our clients come back to us because of the experience we have in doing these jobs. We carry out work both in Lithuania and abroad.
