- Execution of tasks assigned by the manager;
- Coordination of the employee introduction, adaptation and training process;
- Organization and implementation of personnel selections;
- Assistance in the activities of the personnel team in organizing events and implementing various projects;
- Management of personnel processes, initiation and implementation of innovative solutions in supervised units.

- You have experience in the field of personnel selection (we would consider this an advantage);
- You have good written and spoken English (at least B2 level);
- You have a higher education in the field of social sciences;
