We are looking for a PERSONNEL MANAGER FOR DRIVER SELECTION
If you like a dynamic work environment, easily establish contact with people and are able to manage several selection processes at the same time - we invite you to join our team!
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of driver selections and conducting job interviews;
- Constant cooperation with the transport department team on personnel issues;
- Cooperation with driver search partners and agencies;
- Preparation of job advertisements and administration of effective search channels (job portals, social networks, etc.);
- Administration of candidate and employee data in personnel systems;
- Maintaining contact with existing drivers and assistance in solving daily issues;
- Improvement of driver recruitment, adaptation and training processes;
- Participation in other personnel management projects.
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in personnel selections (experience in driver selections is a great advantage);
- Have worked with the search and selection of foreign employees;
- You communicate well in English and/or Russian;
- You are proactive, organized and responsible;
- You enjoy interacting with people and are able to create a positive experience for candidates and employees;
- You are able to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.
