We are looking for a warm and motivated colleague to join our HR department. We hope that you will smoothly grow the team and help new people integrate into it. If you are sociable and want to improve, then this position can be your start to a successful career!
Your daily tasks will look like this:
- Organize the search for employees and take care of their attraction (experience in finding employees with different qualifications);
- Improve the selection process, place job advertisements on various portals;
- Prepare, manage, administer personnel documents;
- Cooperate with state institutions regarding the employment of foreign citizens (migration, employment service);
- Help employees solve problems and issues in the personnel field;
- Strengthen employee engagement and loyalty, ensuring effective internal communication;
- Contribute to the formation of organizational culture;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
The following will help you complete your work tasks:
- Successful work experience in the field of personnel;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and its application;
- Higher or higher education (advantage – in the fields of psychology, personnel);
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Result-oriented, initiative and ability to work independently;
- Good knowledge of the Russian language;
- Excellent communication, time planning and organizational skills;
