We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person who would contribute to smooth personnel administration and ensure orderly, clear processes in the organization. This is a position where your work will have a real impact on the daily activities of the organization.
Your daily work with us will consist of:

- Working with the "Vikarina" system (recruitment processes)
- Preparing and administering employee documents
- Coordinating Social Security and other institutional processes
- Preparing reports
- Administrating bonuses and other benefits
- Ensuring compliance of processes with the Labor Code
We hope you:
- You have experience working with Vikarina and personnel administration processes
- You are organized, responsible and meticulous
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage priorities
- You communicate clearly and collaborate with different teams
- You quickly navigate situations and look for solutions
- You have a good knowledge of the Labor Code
