IN THIS POSITION YOU:

WE OFFER:
- will administer employment relations: prepare employment contracts, their amendments and terminations, personnel orders, supervise employee documentation and coordinate working time accounting;
- will contribute to employee selection: prepare and coordinate job advertisements, select candidate CVs, communicate with candidates and coordinate the selection process;
- will coordinate the onboarding process of new employees – ensure a smooth experience for new colleagues from the first day of work;
- will contribute to internal communication, strengthening organizational culture and organizing internal events.
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
- have at least 2 years of experience in personnel administration and employee selection;
- have a higher university or college education;
- have a good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply it in practice;
- you are meticulous, responsible and organized, able to work with documents and processes;
- have excellent communication and organizational skills;
- you are fluent in Lithuanian and English (English - from level B2);
- experience working with the BSS program would be considered an advantage.
