What are you going to do:
- You will administer personnel documents and ensure proper administration of personnel data in the personnel management system.
- You will conduct personnel search and selection, place job advertisements and coordinate the candidate selection process.
- You will coordinate the recruitment and adaptation process of new employees.
- You will consult employees on personnel management issues and help resolve daily issues related to employment relations.
- You will contribute to the coordination of internship processes.
- You will participate in various personnel management projects in the Gemma group of companies.
We hope you:
- Have a higher/postgraduate education (in the field of business administration, human resources management or law - would be an advantage).
- Have successful, at least 1 year of work experience in the field of personnel management.
- Have good computer skills - work with MS Excel, Word and other MS Office programs.
- Be a diligent, responsible and organized person.
- Be able to work in a team and communicate with different people.
- Have excellent command of Lithuanian (knowledge of English and/or Russian - an advantage).
