We are looking for a colleague to join our HR team and help take care of daily HR processes. Experience in HR would be an advantage, but if you don't have it - it's okay. If you are responsible, want to gain new knowledge and practical experience - we will teach you everything.
What are you going to do?
- Administer employee documents and personnel processes from recruitment to termination of employment;
- Prepare employment contracts, orders and other personnel-related documents;
- Consult employees on daily personnel issues;
- Communicate with the heads of the company's departments on personnel administration issues;
- Contribute to the implementation of personnel projects and internal initiatives;
- Help ensure that personnel processes run smoothly and orderly.
We hope you:
- You are responsible, meticulous and organized;
- You like order and work carefully with documents;
- You are sociable and friendly;
- You have basic computer skills (MS Office);
- You want to learn and improve.
It will be an advantage if:
- You have experience in the field of administration or personnel;
- You are familiar with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- You have experience working with personnel accounting programs.
