We are currently recruiting a HR manager to our Vilnius office, who will become the link between people, processes and order. From the first interview with a candidate to the first day of work of a new colleague, from personnel documents to a smoothly functioning office - all this will be your space.
It is not important to us that you simply "keep order".
It is important to us that you notice where you are stuck, know how to improve, and are not afraid to implement it yourself.

Nature of work
- Introduction and adaptation of new employees.
- Smooth implementation of daily HR processes and their continuous improvement.
- Coordination and organization of employee benefits, holidays and other initiatives.
- Consulting on personnel issues.
- Organization of internal and external training.
- Formation and organization of organizational culture.
- Supervision of the Vilnius office
Your experience and qualities:
- At least 2 years in the HR field.
- Able to find a common language with different people.
- Good knowledge of LT laws related to the HR field
- Experience working with HR accounting programs.
- You are attentive to details.
- Had to deal with processes, training, and organizing holidays.
