Nature of work
Your responsibilities:
- Search, selection and initial assessment of long-distance drivers;
- Communication with candidates in Russian and English;
- Work with drivers from Lithuania, Europe and third countries;
- Coordination of employment documents and information administration;
- Organization of drivers' arrival, start of work and adaptation;
- Cooperation with transport managers and administration;
- Resolving drivers' needs, questions and daily situations;
- Filling and updating the candidate database;
- Assistance in forming a stable team of drivers.
We hope you:
- You have experience in personnel selection, transport or working with drivers;
- You speak Russian and English;
- You are able to communicate with candidates and employees from different countries;
- You are responsible, organized, patient and communicative;
- You know how to manage information, documents and deadlines;
- You are able to independently plan work and solve everyday situations;
- You want to work in a dynamic environment in the transport sector.
