Job description and main functions

Our client is a stable, long-standing municipally-owned company (in Elektrėnai), providing important utility and infrastructure services to residents. The organization is currently strengthening its personnel management function and creating a new position that will become an important part of long-term changes.
We are looking for a professional who wants not only to administer personnel processes, but also to create their direction. This is an opportunity to become a reliable partner for managers, to form a modern personnel management system and organizational culture, and in the future - to grow the personnel function and form a team.
  • To create, implement and constantly improve personnel management processes.
  • To consult company managers on employee management, performance evaluation and organizational changes.
  • To form solutions for attracting, adapting, developing and retaining employees.
  • To initiate and implement initiatives to engage employees, motivate and strengthen organizational culture.
  • To create and coordinate internal communication solutions.
  • Prepare personnel documents, internal procedures and ensure their compliance with legal requirements.
  • Analyze personnel indicators, provide suggestions for improving process efficiency and participate in implementing organizational changes.
  • Cooperate with management in forming a long-term direction of personnel management.

We hope you

  • You have a higher university education (education in personnel management, psychology, management or another related field is an advantage).
  • You have accumulated experience in the field of personnel management, working as a personnel manager, HR Business Partner, senior personnel specialist or in similar positions.
  • You are well versed in the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and modern personnel management principles.
  • You are able to independently plan work, make decisions and initiate changes.
  • You are proactive, result-oriented, able to establish a constructive dialogue with managers at various levels.
  • You want not only to perform the personnel function, but also to create its future in the organization.
