We are currently looking for a new team member - a Human Resources Partner. 🔛 In this position, you will be a reliable partner for the organization's managers and employees, ensuring that HR decisions help the company grow.
We are looking for someone who is able to see the broader picture of the organization, but is also willing to get involved in daily HR processes if necessary, to achieve the best results together with the team.

What responsibilities?
- You will be a trusted partner for managers on people management, organizational development and employee experience issues.
- I will consult with managers and employees on performance management, engagement, talent retention and organizational change issues.
- You will contribute to leadership and employee competency development initiatives, identify the company's employee development needs.
- You will ensure a smooth employee journey cycle - from recruiting and selection to adaptation, development, performance appraisal and exit from the organization.
- You will initiate and implement other HR projects and look for opportunities to improve employee experience from the administrative to the organization-wide process level.
- You will contribute to annual compensation reviews, compensation data analysis and have the opportunity to provide insights.
What do we expect?
- At least 4-5 years of experience in an identical or similar position.
- Experience in consulting managers and employees on various people management issues and independently initiating and implementing employee development initiatives.
- You have contributed to the development and implementation of people initiatives, projects or personnel strategies at the organizational level.
- Clear and independent experience in several of the following areas: performance management, employee development, reward processes, organizational changes or talent management.
- Ability to assess the impact of decisions on the organization and confidently manage complex or sensitive situations.
- Excellent communication, independent planning skills and the ability to make decisions while working in a dynamic environment.

- Monthly salary (gross) from 3200 Eur/month. The specific salary is discussed taking into account work experience and competencies.
