We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner for Employer Branding to join our team.

This position should appeal to those who enjoy diversity and enjoy playing two roles: you will have the opportunity to be a HR business partner, advising the supervised unit on HR issues, and you will also be responsible for the entire area of employer image and culture throughout the organization.

What will your workday look like?
You will be a HR business partner for the departments you supervise:

• You will build strong partnerships with managers on HR issues and contribute to strengthening the following areas: team, competencies, talents, performance, culture, leadership
• You will provide insights and data-based recommendations to help make business decisions

You will express yourself as an employer image professional:

• You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the employer image and internal culture
• You will ensure that the organization's values live in daily practice
• You will ensure a smooth and inclusive introduction of new employees

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of employer image
• Experience as a HR business partner
• Experience in working with managers and different teams of employees
• Successfully implemented projects in the field of HR
• Communicative and open to feedback
• Analytical and AI competencies
• Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.), English
• Higher university education
