We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner for Employer Branding to join our team.
This position should appeal to those who enjoy diversity and enjoy playing two roles: you will have the opportunity to be a HR business partner, advising the supervised unit on HR issues, and you will also be responsible for the entire area of employer image and culture throughout the organization.

- You will provide insights and data-based recommendations to help make business decisions

- You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the employer image and internal culture
- You will ensure that the organization's values live in daily practice
- You will ensure a smooth and inclusive introduction of new employees

- 2-3 years of experience in the field of employer image
- Experience as a HR business partner
- Experience in working with managers and different teams of employees
- Successfully implemented projects in the field of HR
- Communicative and open to feedback
- Analytical and AI competencies
- Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.), English
- Higher university education
