We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is ready to work independently and make an impact

If the field of human resources is not new to you, but an everyday experience in which you feel strong and want to go even further - we invite you to join our team. We are looking for an experienced HR specialist who wants to grow with the business and create value through people.

Your responsibilities:

  • Direct work with managers and their teams: consultations, support, implementation of HR solutions in teams.
  • Organization and implementation of personnel selections - from search to successful introduction.
  • Coordination of recruitment, adaptation and occupational safety processes.
  • Preparation of personnel documentation (contracts, changes, dismissals, etc.).
  • Monitoring and analysis of indicators (FTE, turnover, retention).
  • Preparation of reports for management and responsible institutions.
  • Participation in human resources projects and their coordination.
  • Hands-on work - from candidate search to HR process improvement.

What do we expect from you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the position of HR BP or generalist.
  • Successful experience in both selection and personnel administration.
  • Practical experience working with the personnel management system "Vikarina" (advantage).
  • Good English (Russian - an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, effectively planning work.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to structure information and make decisions.
  • Initiative, sense of responsibility and result orientation.
