We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will become an important partner for business managers and contribute to the growth of the organization, the development of personnel management systems and the implementation of personnel strategy.

The workplace is located at: Industrijos parko g. 1, Juodonių k., Babtų sen., Kaunas r.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • You will implement the group's personnel policy and ensure its application in practice.
  • You will develop, implement and improve personnel management systems and basic HR processes.
  • You will be a reliable partner for managers on organizational, employee management and change issues.
  • I will initiate and coordinate organizational changes, more efficient work organization and process improvement initiatives.
  • I will shape and develop organizational culture, employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • I will organize employee search, selection, induction and training processes.
  • I will create job descriptions, job architecture and contribute to the development of the organizational structure.
  • Implement employee performance management, competency assessment, development and career planning solutions.
  • I will contribute to the development of reward, motivation and employee recognition systems.
  • I will analyze HR indicators, provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • I will prepare and improve personnel documentation, procedures and ensure compliance with labor law requirements.
  • I will initiate projects for the digitization of personnel processes and the application of artificial intelligence solutions.

What do we expect from you?

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in personnel management, HR business partner or organizational development.
  • You are well-versed in personnel management processes and labor law requirements.
  • You are able to independently plan work, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
  • You are people-oriented, but at the same time you understand business needs.
  • You have strong communication, collaboration and change management skills.
  • You are able to analyze data and make data-based decisions.
  • You are interested in artificial intelligence and are able to apply AI tools in practice.
  • You have excellent command of Lithuanian, and English allows you to communicate freely within the group of companies.

Salary

2800-3200 €/mon. gross
