You will be trusted
- Be a reliable HR partner for Lithuanian and Latvian corporate group leaders: understand their team and business needs, advise on people management issues and help make informed decisions.
- Consult managers on employee performance, engagement, feedback, motivation, conflict resolution and complex personnel situations.
- Together with managers, plan employee needs, coordinate selections and ensure smooth adaptation of new colleagues.
- Monitor and improve employee journey processes: from attraction and induction to performance evaluation, development, career and exit.
- Help managers strengthen leadership and team management competencies, initiate relevant training and share good practices.
- Analyze HR indicators, including employee turnover, engagement, selections and adaptation, prepare insights for managers and propose specific actions.
- Contribute to organizational culture, internal communication, employer image and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth application of HR processes, internal policies and agreements within the group of companies, taking into account local specifics.
- Monitor that HR decisions and documents comply with labor law requirements, cooperate with external partners and colleagues on legal issues.
- Initiate and implement HR projects that help the organization grow, improve employee experience and increase operational efficiency. Contribute to the formation of a new team in Poland.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR business partner, personnel partner, personnel manager or similar.
- Good knowledge of basic personnel management processes and practical experience in their implementation and improvement.
- Experience in consulting managers on employee management, performance, development, conflicts or organizational changes.
- Ability to see the connection between business goals and people's decisions, provide reasoned recommendations and ensure their implementation.
- Ability to analyze personnel data, notice trends and turn them into specific actions.
- Good knowledge of labor law;
- Higher education in personnel management, psychology, management, law or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Independence, initiative, confidentiality, constructive communication and the ability to build trust-based relationships with employees at different levels.
