Here you will:
- You will form and constantly improve the processes of attracting, selecting and introducing pharmacy employees, ensuring their efficiency and quality.
- You will be responsible for the preparation, updating and supervision of internal personnel management procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with legal acts and good practice.
- You will closely cooperate with regional and pharmacy managers, delving into their needs and consulting on personnel management issues (Labor Code of the Republic of Latvia, motivation, providing feedback, etc.).
- You will actively participate in the selection process, contributing to its quality assurance.
- You will coordinate the team of selection managers, be the daily support point for the team, and share experience and good practices.
- You will analyze employee attraction and selection indicators and prepare reports based on insights.
- You will cooperate closely with universities, participate in events and initiatives organized by them.
- You will strive to be one step ahead - analyze labor market trends and initiate changes related to people and organization of activities.
- Together with the communication team, you will implement initiatives to strengthen the employer's image.
- You will have the opportunity to initiate ideas, new projects and contribute to their implementation.

We hope that you:
- You have a higher education (an advantage - in the fields of human resources, psychology, business management).
- You have at least 5 years of experience in personnel management (an advantage - experience in recruiting and managing selections, knowledge of labor law).
- You are able not only to coordinate the selection process, but also to actively participate in selections yourself.
- You have excellent communication skills, you are proactive, focused on finding solutions.
- You have good computer skills – MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.
- We would consider your experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor) an advantage.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, you make decisions quickly and confidently.
- You have a category B driver's license.
