You will be responsible for:
- partnership with assigned departments – you will be the first point of contact for managers on HR issues;
- active involvement in the activities of assigned departments and the entire company to understand how the business and the people in it work;
- raising questions, helping managers reach their own decisions;
- selection of managers and other key positions;
- ensuring the functioning of HR processes in assigned departments;
- open and honest feedback, helping managers grow;
- proactive sharing of information with colleagues.

- experience in selecting managers and experts;
