Work functions:

Develop and ensure the implementation of assigned activity plans.
Prepare reports, analyze them and make suggestions for improving activities.
Implement the processes of personnel selection, adaptation, performance evaluation, employee development and application of organizational culture measures in the company.

Requirements:
Higher university education (in the field of personnel management - an advantage).
At least 2 years of managerial work experience in the field of human resources management.
Experience in creating, developing and supporting employee selection, adaptation, training, performance evaluation, organizational culture development and other personnel management processes.
Good knowledge of the Labor Code and experience in practical application.
Experience in working with personnel data analytics.
Initiative, analytical thinking.
Ability to independently plan and organize one's own activities.
