Main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of human resources strategy and policy.
  • Preparation and execution of annual HR activity plans.
  • Analysis of HR processes, preparation of reports and proposals for management.
  • Fostering organizational culture and initiating internal events.
  • Management of selection, adaptation, assessment and development processes.
  • Close cooperation with department heads.
  • Development of training programs and monitoring employee motivation.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in personnel development, human resources management or similar field
  • Autonomy – ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
