We are looking for a team member who would not only contribute to the growth of the company and the improvement of our internal business systems, but also help create smart, AI-based solutions - ones that make our colleagues' work easier every day, automate processes, and allow us all to move faster, more accurately, and more innovatively.
🛠️ Your main tasks:
- Develop and maintain PHP back-end functionality for internal systems;
- Work with front-end — JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Develop AI-based applications (LLM, agents, AI integrations) that simplify knowledge access, automate processes and increase productivity;
- Integrate AI capabilities via API into new and existing products (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, other LLM providers), where it creates real business value;
- Write and optimize MySQL / MariaDB queries — SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, indexes;
- Integrate external systems via API;
- Participate in systems improvement and optimization processes.
🎯What we expect:
- Strong PHP experience (OOP, data manipulation, HTTP, JSON)
- Real-world experience with AI programming tools – Claude Code, Cursor, Warp, Codex or similar.
- JavaScript basics: DOM, events, fetch / AJAX;
- Good knowledge of HTML / CSS;
- Understanding of MySQL / MariaDB — SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, indexes.
- Knowledge of REST API principles and ability to integrate third-party services.
- Git skills for daily work.
- Logical thinking, independence and willingness to learn;
➕ We would consider it a great advantage:
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.) into existing systems;
- Experience with AI agents / RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions;
- Prompt engineering hands-on experience;
- Experience with PHP frameworks: Laravel, Symfony;
- Experience with front-end libraries / frameworks: Vue, React, Alpine.js, etc.;
- Basic knowledge of the Linux command line (SSH, grep, tail, file permissions);
- Real projects launched into production (not only locally).
