Pizzeria production manager

We are looking for an experienced pizza production specialist who not only has excellent knowledge of pizza production processes, but also is able to organize team work, ensure quality and efficient kitchen operations.

Main tasks:
develop, improve and supervise pizza production processes;
implement cost control, achieve efficiency and productivity;
initiate new products in the range, plan production volumes and human resources activities;
prepare technological cards and documentation;
monitor compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements.

Higher education (in food technology or a related field);
At least 2 years of experience in pizza production;
Knowledge of pizza production processes and technologies, quality standards;
Organizational skills, activity, initiative, responsibility;
Computer literacy.

1300 €/mon. net
Bonuses are paid depending on work results.
