We are looking for a Purchasing Manager who will ensure smooth supply of raw materials, contribute to the efficiency of processes and at the same time strive for the highest results.
Your responsibilities
- Raw materials and materials planning, warehouse optimization;
- Ensuring uninterrupted production with raw materials;
- Tracking raw material balances in the warehouse and in production and ordering new ones;
- Maintaining direct contact with raw material suppliers, coordinating delivery deadlines;
- Tracking production plan and accounting, monitoring raw material consumption, deviation analysis;
- Improving the raw material supply process;
- Communication with department employees to ensure high-quality inventory management and control;
- Implementation of LEAN culture and process improvement initiatives.
What do we expect from you
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of purchasing, sales or production;
- Higher education in business management, engineering, production or similar field;
- Knowledge of production processes and accounting principles;
- Negotiation skills, ability to analyze data;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office programs);
- Ability to solve problems and communicate them clearly;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, initiative, receptiveness to innovations, attentiveness and responsibility.
