Job description

The Customer Service Department employee is responsible for professional customer service, comprehensive assistance to customers who want to purchase/order goods, pick up an order, exchange or return goods, and creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Full-time or 0.75-hour work, (40 or 30 hours/week), with a flexible work schedule.

What tasks await you?

• Professional, high-quality and pleasant customer service;

• At least secondary education;
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to perform several tasks at once;
• Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with different people;
• Experience in retail;
• Foreign language skills.
