If you are interested in:
- Administration of purchasing documents and accounting;
- Collection, verification and reconciliation of supplier invoices;
- Communication with suppliers regarding missing documents, invoices and other information;
- Input, adjustment and maintenance of purchasing data in business management systems;
- Administration of goods, suppliers and purchasing data;
- Administration of purchasing contracts and related documentation;
- Input of purchasing data, costs and other indicators and preparation of simple reports;
- Assistance to the purchasing team in carrying out daily administrative tasks;
- Working with the business management system "Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)" and "Microsoft Excel".
If you:
- You have a university or higher education in economics, finance, accounting, management or a similar field;
- You have work experience in administration, accounting, procurement administration or a similar field (an advantage);
- You are meticulous, responsible and like to work neatly with documents and data;
- You are able to work with large amounts of information and ensure data accuracy;
- You are good at Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, data management);
- You speak English at an intermediate level (for communication with suppliers);
- You are able to plan your work, meet deadlines and work in a team;
- You are proactive, communicative and are not afraid to communicate with suppliers when solving everyday issues.
