Purchasing Manager / VMG Wood Invest

UAB "VMG Wood Invest" is a VMG Group company that manages the strategic direction of furniture, its components and wood products. In order to increase production capacity and ensure efficient supply of raw materials, we invite a Purchasing Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers and implementing strategic supply decisions.

• Organize and conduct procurement tenders;
• Conduct negotiations with existing and potential suppliers;
• Search for new suppliers and ensure their integration into the supply chain;
• Ensure that purchased raw materials meet the established quality and other standards;
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with suppliers;
• Analyze market trends and provide proposals for optimizing purchases;
• Prepare and administer contracts with suppliers.

• At least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of procurement;
• Higher or higher education in the field of social sciences;
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Good computer skills, knowledge of the MS Office program package;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
• Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Experience working in a manufacturing company;
• Experience in managing large-scale procurement or supply projects;
• Ability to make decisions quickly and organize work independently.

2800-3200 €/mon. gross
The specific salary will be discussed during the interview, taking into account the candidate's competencies and experience.
