In this position, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Procurement Management
Responsible for the development and implementation of all direct and indirect procurement strategies for goods and services, ensuring compliance with the company's financial goals.
Market analysis, trend forecasting and identification of alternative sources of supply in order to protect the business from supply disruptions and price fluctuations.
Preparation, control and continuous analysis of stated costs (Spend Analysis) of procurement budgets.
Supplier Relationship and Risk Management
Conducting top-level negotiations with key strategic suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality standards and payment terms.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), periodic audits and partner certification.
Initiation of draft contracts, legal review and creation of long-term, mutually beneficial partnership frameworks.
Process Optimization and Innovation
Continuous auditing and improvement of existing procurement, logistics and inventory management processes, implementing best international practices.
Maximization of the functionality of the procurement system (ERP/e-Procurement) and leading digitalization initiatives.
Identification and successful implementation of cost saving projects, ensuring quality.

We are looking for not only an experienced specialist, but also an influential leader who is able to motivate and make complex decisions.
Required Requirements
Higher university education (an advantage is in the fields of business administration, engineering, economics or logistics).
At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement management (an advantage is in an international wholesale, manufacturing or complex B2B services environment).
Proven ability to conduct complex, multi-million negotiations and achieve measurable cost reduction results.
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
High analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data and make decisions based on data.

Knowledge of working with international supply chain models (e.g. Lean, Agile Procurement).
