Nature of work:
- Working with suppliers and company sales managers;
- Forecasting the quantities of goods to be purchased and effective purchasing of goods;
- Maintaining optimal warehouse balances;
- Organizing transportation;
- Communication with the warehouse;
- Receipt and disbursement of goods in the Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics AX) system;
- Submitting original purchase documents to accounting.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of procurement;
- Experience working with Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics AX) or other ERP system (advantage);
- Good computer literacy skills (especially MS Excel);
- Knowledge of English;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Ability to plan and organize work;
- Positivity, diligence and a sense of responsibility.
