Your main responsibilities will be:
- Organize and execute purchases in accordance with the company's internal procedures and established deadlines;
- Initiate, organize and administer tenders and surveys, evaluate commercial offers;
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial conditions;
- Search for new suppliers, assess their reliability and maintain long-term business relationships with existing partners;
- Prepare, coordinate and administer purchase contracts, ensuring control over their execution;
- Ensure timely receipt of invoices, certificates, technical documentation and other purchase documents and their compliance with purchase orders and contract terms;
- Cooperate with production, technical, quality, logistics and other departments, ensuring a smooth procurement process.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of procurement in a manufacturing company;
- Ability to independently conduct negotiations and communicate effectively;
- Higher university education or equivalent (preferably in the field of engineering);
- Excellent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Good planning and organizing skills, attentiveness and thoroughness;
- Responsibility and a masterly approach to the work performed.
