What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- participate in procurement processes – collect needs, administer tenders and supplier proposals;
- prepare comparative analysis of supplier proposals and provide insights;
- administer and maintain procurement data and documents (contracts, certificates, etc.) in systems, ensuring their accuracy;
- analyze procurement data, prepare reports and propose efficiency solutions;
- ensure data quality and contribute to analysis and process improvement;
- communicate with suppliers and internal teams to achieve common results.
We believe that you:
- you have a higher university education;
- you have strong analytical thinking and are able to work with large volumes of data;
- you have excellent skills in working with MS Excel (PowerQuery, Power BI - an advantage);
- you have good knowledge of English;
- you are diligent, responsible, able to meet deadlines;
- you are communicative and able to work in a team.
