Procurement Analyst

• Have a higher education;
• Have experience in the field of procurement or experience in drawing up/coordinating

public procurement implementation plans, have experience in process planning and (or)
control and (or) supervision.

• You communicate excellently in Lithuanian.
• You are responsible, result-oriented, able to analyze and draw

conclusions, have analytical thinking.

• You have excellent communication, negotiation management, cooperation

and teamwork skills.

• You are proactive, seek more effective solutions and suggest

improvements, have analytical thinking, are able to analyze, draw
conclusions, result-oriented, have good communication,
communication, teamwork, information management skills.

• Have good computer skills.
• An advantage - knowledge of English.

• You will carry out the Company's procurement analytics;
• You will organize the collection of information about the Company's divisions' annual goods,

services and works needs (annual procurement needs)
and coordinate the implementation of the needs analysis;

• You will ensure the proper preparation of the goods, services and works procurement plan;
• You will ensure the preparation of the Company's annual goods, services and works procurement plan;
• You will carry out data accounting in EcoCost, coordinate innovations,
• Update the Company's information related to procurement;
• You will administer the main procurement execution and contract administration tool EcoCost;
• You will develop and expand EcoCost functions, analyze the application possibilities of new modules.
