Main tasks:
- Planning of product purchases and implementation of purchasing policy.
- Formation, updating of the assortment and analysis of its competitiveness.
- Search, selection of suppliers and maintenance of long-term relationships.
- Negotiations on prices, conditions and delivery terms.
- Market monitoring, assessment of demand and pricing.
- Improving the efficiency of inventory management and improving purchasing processes.
We expect from the candidate:
- 5 years of experience in purchasing or assortment management.
- Must have experience in leading a team, ability to organize work and set goals.
- Ability to negotiate and evaluate commercial offers.
- Good knowledge of English - necessary for communication with foreign suppliers and partners.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making based on data.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and search for alternatives.
- Initiative, independence and result orientation.
