PURCHASE ENGINEERS:

Procurement of products, materials and equipment required for ongoing projects in the maritime sector
Communication with existing suppliers (foreign suppliers)
Search, evaluation and selection of new alternative suppliers
Management of procurement process documents; creation of a supplier database
Purchase warehouse planning (MIN-MAX monitoring) and implementation of related processes and quality (equipment, materials, equipment for repair and maintenance of cargo ships)
Cooperation with transportation companies
Assistance in optimizing logistics costs and monitoring
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

You have an engineering education
You have experience in procurement and warehouse management (required)
You have experience in logistics (maritime logistics - an advantage)
You are able to proactively make proposals, actively contribute to the improvement of work activities
You are a meticulous, detail-oriented person
You have excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
You have experience working with Microsoft Navision (an advantage)
You are open to innovation and a fast learner
You are not afraid of challenges and non-standard situations in your daily responsibilities
